versus Taiwan (Chinese Taipei) - Won 155-3 (Taipei, 2002)
versus Wales - Lost 24-29 (Cardiff, 1983)
versus Zimbabwe - Won 52-8 (Rugby World Cup, Belfast 1991)

In the Taiwan game, fullback Toru Kurihara of Suntory scored 60 points breaking the world record set by Eduardo Morgan of Argentina. He scored 6 tries and kicked 15 conversions. The world record holder for tries scored in test matches is now Daisuke Ohata.
